The girls here at the Stitchin' Post have been working hard and gearing up
for the Quilter's Affair and Quilt Show festivities, which will begin on
Saturday, July 1st.

Nadine has had her "Folding Fairies" hard at work putting together lots of
great new kits. You can see some of them on our kits page right now:

And we'll be adding a few more next week!


If you haven't already seen it, the limited edition 2006 Sisters Outdoor
Quilt Show fabric, designed by Valori Wells, is here and it's fabulous!
Flowers, trees, our beloved purple mountains, and of course quilts adorn
this print done in colors that are soft, but still bright.
Stop by the shop to pick a pice up before it's all gone--you can see a photo

We now have all of the quilt show merchandise--we still have some fabric
panels left, and the tote bags are here as well. (This next week is a good
time to come in, before the crowds arrive.)


Also, if you have registered your quilts and need to turn them in--the Quilt
Show Office opens tomorrow in the old Sisters Library Building on the corner
of Main and Spruce Streets. Hours are 10 am to 4 pm, and you need to turn
them in by Saturday, July 1st (earlier, if they are "Sponsor Quilts").
