[COHO] Brewshop Tom to the rescue (was "phenolic beer")

So, I head over to the shop after work and Tom has apparently been keeping
track of the list today.  He had me sniff and sip a brew he made about the same
time I made the one I was writing about and it had a very similar off flavor of
phenol.  I think this is pretty strong circumstantial evidence that the high
pollen count and uncovered, outdoor chill-down may have contributed to a wild
critter contamination.

	I'll be chilling my next couple batches in the kitchen.  News says
pollen count is going to be high again for the next few days.  I'm glad I put
the lid on the kolsch I just made when it started cooling off...
