[COHO] Big brew update #4

Jerry & all:
As of 4:00pm today your brew is producing at least one bubble per
second...which is what about what the others are doing. I think it's going
to be fine.

I did nothing to it...except give it a small kiss on the side. :) I will
monitor progress since it will probably become more active within the next
couple of days...we have only had one blow off so far, which is enough.

>From this experience, it would appear that not all children conceived
tomorrow will be born on the same day.

The big blow-off tubes produce a deep, big, "fart" about every 10 seconds
through their quart jar air locks while the smaller bubblers whistle at me
more or less continuously. Together, they sound much like an orchestra of
tubas and flutes...changing rapidly between Mozart and Stravinsky.

Gary

No worries Jerry. This was/is a team effort. You can't get that many
people together and not have something go amiss. If that's the worst of
it, we're doing good I think!

"Relax, don't worry. Have a homebrew." Charlie P. :)
