[COHO] Big brew update #3

Good news.  As of 9:00am this morning Jerry's brew bucket is bubbling at the
rate of about 1 bubble every 3 seconds.  I have not added any yeast.  Only
thing I did was remove the stopper briefly to check the seal and replace it.
It is possible that the bubbler was not initially completely sealed but it
seemed OK last evening when I examined it.  

 

So, I suspect Brett's description of low initial yeast volume might have
been the problem.   At this point am not planning on adding yeast unless you
think otherwise.

 

All containers are now bubbling, temperature remains at 65F.
