[COHO] Big brew update

Jerry, I will take a closer look at the air lock. It had water in it this
morning, but it appears that it might have been pushed own into the
fermentor a little too far somehow... and might have lost it's seal.  I'll
check it out and post a report soon.

Hi Gary, the white bucket is mine. I did pour the
yeast stater in the wert but when I carried it down to
the fermentation room the air lock did come loose and
I did lose water from the air lock. Please check it
out and see if there is still water in the air lock.
