[COHO] Big brew update

Meanwhile, 2nd from right container blew its red  top off during the night 
and showered the wall and floor (see photos).  I  think I'm now a believer in 
blow off tubes.  I placed a plastic cup over  the top at least to keep it 
confined.  When it slows down a bit, I will  refill the air lock.  At the moment if 
I fill the airlock, it just blows  it out the top in a matter of 
seconds...this one is really having a good  time.  Do I need to do anything else?  I don't 
have a blow off tube  available.


That one would be mine.  It got plenty or aeration as I was carrying  it down 
the cliff to the "Beer Cellar."   It was a more concentrated  brew then the 
rest as it boiled down to less than 4 1/2 gallon (+  -).  I have an interior 
wall at my house that looks a lot like the one  behind that carboy (wife is not 
happy).
 
Gary, you were a great and gracious host.  That was more fun then I  have had 
in a long while.  Super job by Brett and Evan...and all the  participants 
too!!
