[COHO] wow

Tim,

Thanks for the comments. You guys (and gals) were all great guests.

I'm sorry I was not aware that you didn't have a burner. Mine was just
downstairs in the cellar, which you could have used. There was so much
activity it was hard to track what was really materializing.

I too was totally amazed at how Brett & Evan orchestrated the packets of
oats and hops, and buckets of grains literally flying around the room. One
had to duck and sidestep at the right moment.

I'm extremely impressed with how awesome Sunday's brew was.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Gary Wirt. He provided a great
location, great food, a ton of water, a lot of time and effort, and a great
deal of patience to all of us. On top of the beer we left behind for him to
babysit, we probably also left him with a bit of a clean up job. I, for
one, am very grateful.

Also, I want to thank Brett and Evan for arranging supplies and who knows
how much planning and effort for this brew (and so many others). These guys
are a force of nature and I don't think any of us would be having as much
fun without them.

I need to personally thank Geoff and Brian Marlowe for sharing their burners
and sparge water with me. I still can't believe I forgot my burner... That
was only one example of the teamwork that made Sunday great (the sharing,
not the forgetting).

If any help is needed to continue caring for this batch of beer or dealing
with the barrel, call on me.

For those who weren't there we had at least seven brews going at once.
Please let me know if I am forgetting anyone: we had Geoff Marlowe, Brian
Marlowe, Erin Marlowe, Jerry Oldridge, Tom Gilles, Bill Herrick, Ryan
Gibson, Jason Quade, Tom Barrett, and me all brewing on our systems at the
same time. Evan and Brett had done a batch of the same the day before in
order to figure out what the rest of us needed to do. We also had help from
Kristen, Dylan, Tom Brohamer, and of course Gary Wirt. There were also some
folks there who I (unfortunately) don't really know yet, but someone made
some fish on cedar planks that was excellent.

The Marlowes also took charge of the second runnings batch -- it can't miss.

OK, thanks guys. I'm done now =]
