[COHO] Big brew

Thank you everyone for the complements. It was too much fun.

I was somewhat overwhelmed at the physics, ingenuity, yet simplicity of the
various brew systems.

For those of you considering hosting a similar brew experience I offer the
following lessons learned:

1. Be prepared for a scavenger hunt such as follows:
	- do you have two 2 qt. plastic pitchers with handles
	- do you have lots of aluminum foil
	- do you have a BBQ lighter
	- do you have 2 drops of distilled water
	- do you have an extra brew kettle
	- do you have a snow blower
	- do you have more hops
	- do you have another 2 qt. plastic pitcher with handle (like
sure... I always have a dozen of these things on hand)
	- do you have another carboy
	- do you have an extra hydrometer
	- do you have a secret stash of beer

...of course you must answer yes to all of the above.

2. The biggest lesson I learned: It is wiser to clean the garage AFTER.

Gary :)
