[COHO] Calling all COHO all grain brewers!!!

We will indeed be receiving a 53 gallon used bourbon barrel from the head brewer at BJ's Brewery in Portland.  The barrel will need to be filled sometime shortly after the weekend of February 9-10.  We've been given the freedom to brew whatever we want, with the only requirement being that it must be a beer of substantial gravity.  The barrel previously contained a Russian Imperial Stout.  I have developed an American Strong Dark Ale COHO recipe, but will need to enlist several all grain brewers to pull this off.  The club will be purchasing the ingredients in the very near future.  If you are available to brew for this project please contact me sooner instead of later.  The beer will have a pretty good OG, so it will probably have to be brewed around the week of the 21st to be ready to be racked by the second week in February.  The end result of this project will go up against the other clubs in the state towards the end of the year, not to mention there should be plenty enough left for us to get silly with.
