The recipe  isn't too different from what I used when I made a braggot, but 
you used more  honey than I did.  I was in the carboy for about 3-4 months.  I  
think I also used NW Ale.



I pitched about a quart of 2nd generation trub in a starter of 1.040  wort.
 
My gravity is already at 1.018?
