	The finished gravity is probably going to depend mostly on the apparent attenuation of that yeast (67-71 in this case).  That would lead me to think your FG may be as high as 1.035!  Did you do a big starter or give it more than one smack pack? 

	The recipe isn't too different from what I used when I made a braggot, but you used more honey than I did.  I was in the carboy for about 3-4 months.  I think I also used NW Ale.
