Hello all,

6 weeks ago I brewed a Braggot. The OG was above what my hydrometer would
read; so I'm guessing it was 1.110 - 1.120. After 30 days I transferred it to
the secondary; the SG was 1.018. I forgot the Irish Moss and it is still
cloudy in the carboy. I'm still getting bubbles through the air lock at about
one every 4-5 minutes. I rouse it every day.

I reviewed the "King Arthur's Own" recipe I use as a basis (modified, of
course) for my brew and it does not have a finish gravity listed. This is my
first Braggot.

My question: What should my finish gravity am I looking for? What is a
normal time range to mature a Braggot?

The recipe:
    *   7 1/2 lbs. British Mild Malt
    *   1 lb. Crystal 40
    *   .5 lb Crystal 120
    *   1 lb. Vienna malt
    * 1-1/4 tsp. Irish moss (15 minute boil)
    * 6 pounds wildflower honey (boil 15 minutes) - I used Clover Honey
    *   Wyeast - N/W ale yeast
