[COHO] Yeast and Grain presentations

All COHO,
 
This coming Tuesday (02-12-2008) Evan and Tyler, brewers from Silver  Moon 
Brewery, will be at the COCC beer brewing class and will be presenting  topics 
on Yeast and Grains.  There is room in the class for about 10 more  
participants.  If you have an interest in either of these subjects  (and  what brewer 
doesn't!) please e-mail me at: _huntkng at aol.com_ (mailto:huntkng at aol.com) .  Your 
questions are  encouraged.  
 
This class has generated a lot of COHO participation; Gary spoke on his  
growing interest in brewing with all grain (which he is now doing), Evan's topic  
was on temperatures relating to fermentation and Brett gave a rousing talk on  
hops; complete with lots of samples.
 
Sooooo come one, come all.  This is a COCC class so I'll have to kick  
everyone out after their presentation to comply with COCC rules.  They'll  start at 
6PM - 7PM (+ - ).

Location: Bend Community Center – 1036 N/E 5th  Street, Bend, OR 
Turn East at Taco Bell (Kearney Drive) off of Hwy 97, the  building will be a 
brick building, or turn North at the Cash Connection off  Greenwood.  Entry 
around back on East side of  building.
