[COHO] Big brew progress

As of today, about half of our babies are bubbling at a rate of about once
every 15-20 seconds.  Two or three have completely stopped. Temperature in
the cellar today is about 65º± one or two degrees
.depending on which one of
the 11 fermometers you believe.

 

Just looking at the containers I would guess we might have about 40 gallons.
Which means we might be short 10-15 gallons? 

 

What is the status of the “secondary fermentation device”?

 

Shall we plan a ceremony for this Sunday?
