[COHO] spray nozzle

Brian,

 

I have only alder chips & aged logs (good for salmon), about 50 lbs. of
mesquite charcoal logs, hickory chips & chunks, and some assorted cherry
chunks.

 

Unfortunately, I will not be there tomorrow for the fun.  I have to
"work"..I use that term rather loosely.

 

Anyway, wood is not an adequate substitute for a good brew.of which you will
hopefully have plenty.
