[COHO] BJCP training session - Saturday, April 12th

Brett,

This training session is something I really have been waiting for. As a
first time entrant in a competition, I have several questions.

Unfortunately, I cannot attend any weekend COHO events until about October
due to my part-time, summer, somewhat recreational occupation (not to be
confused here with sex).

I will enter my beers based on what I can know of the competition
process...which is pretty much nothing.

I have about four beers I plan to enter.  Unfortunately a couple of them
taste great from the keg but are forced CO2 carbonated, not bottled.

I could bring my kegs to The Brew Shop during the week before the deadline
and perhaps bottle them there with the club beer gun?

Is anyone else in this predicament?

I'll be giving an informal BJCP training session at the Brew Shop on the 
morning of April 12th, from 10AM until 1PM.  Here's some things that I'll be

BJCP style guidelines

BJCP entry forms

BJCP judging forms

I'll give a couple of brief judging sessions, and basically teach you the 
proper way to judge a beer.  I'll go through the various forms with you, 
show you how to properly enter a beer, and how to power through a 
scoresheet.  I'll also have the blichamnn beer gun on site if anyone needs 
to bottle anything.  If you're considering judging at our fine event please 
come by and I'll give you whatever knowledge that I have.
