[COHO] Blichmann beer gun

Geoff,
Sounds like a good plan... however this Saturday is starting day for my
annual summer part-time job (working in the nursery)...so Saturdays are
pretty much consumed for me until around the end of September.
I could probably drop off my keg, capper, sanitized bottles and caps at the
CLUB brew location around 9:30am since I don't start work until 10:00am on
Saturday.
Perhaps you all could bottle up a six-pack for me? In return you could have
a few samples out of the keg (translation: please return my empty keg).
Gary

Gary, and the rest of the club,
Brian has his own beer gun (and I don't mind volunteering it!), so we
can use that at the Group Brew this weekend. I will bring my CO2 tank,
so we should be fine with on that front. The beer gun requires 2 co2
tanks, one to purge the bottle of O2 and one to push the beer from the
keg. I am sure you can rig it up with splitters and pressure regulators
or some such thing, but having 2 tanks makes it much easier.
As far as the pressure and carbonation, I have no idea. I figure as long
as it is properly carbonated when it hits my glass, its fine for the
bottle, but I don't know for sure. If someone could bring a capper, that
would be great. Brian and I went on a bit of a brewing spree while the
Cat was away (Sorry Erin, I couldn't resist!), and also did some
bottling. However, our cappers seem to be a bit challenged, so if anyone
could bring some caps, proper bottles and a capper, we would be a bit
more confident in the bottle/cap seal.
