Did we ever figure out any more details on this deal? Do we need to make reservations ourselves, or will there be some sites available? I didn't see group campgrounds on the map. Is everyone going to brew at Area 51, or in different campsites? Who's all coming to this event? I know I'm just full of questions, but I'm a stickler for details.

Brett, that would be *awesome*! That sounds just like the kind of thing that Brewing Man is all about! I'm taking care of group camping at the campground, so I'll let you know within the next day or so if you pay me or the campground employees/volunteers for the camping area. I'll be in area 51 (heh-heh) as that's the best camping area for water, and power for anyone who needs it. I'll be bringing along a 100 foot extension cord, and a 25 foot (I think) drinking water safe hose too. We'll have to settle for brewing at the campgrounds due to utility availability, but you can *see* stonhenge from the campground, so it won't be missed. I'm also trying to get beer industry folks to donate some swag for the event, and also have some fun and games planned to make it more interesting ( ya know, like keg tossing, beer relay run, most extreme recipe, best tasting homebrew, nude dwarven mud wrestling, etc.). I only wish I had a website for folks to tune in to, but that'll hafta wait for the future I guess *sigh*. Ttyl, and ilbcnu @ Brewing Man!

  Prost!

So if I'm reading this correctly we need to reserve a campsite at Maryhill, correct? Will we be brewing in the campgrounds, or somewhere closer to the monument? There's a couple of us that have been wanting to get out for another camping trip, it's also my birthday so it could be a really good time. I'm considering the idea of a agave nectar strong IPA with Simcoe and Centennial, aged on Tres Generaciones tequilla oak chips. Let me know...
