We'll be serving calzones for lunch, but feel free to bring any other brewing snacks you like as well as your latest home brewed creations. See you on Sunday.
Evan

We're brewing a California Common (aka Anchor Steam clone), called Wingo Dingo Steam Beer. We modified one of my old extract recipes for all grain, and added some home toasted grain and Cluster hops. The starters of California lager yeast are already bubbling. We'll be using my system, or most of it anyway. I'll be bringing the sister beer of our COHO de Mayo, affectionately dubbed Gringo Lager, the other half that was fermented with the Wyeast 2035 American lager yeast. Perhaps I'll also bring a couple of growlers of my FW and late hopped, Simcoe dry hopped pale ale. It should be a great brew session - Evan has all kinds of neat lawn sporting equipment and the weather looks to be pretty good. Finally a brew session that I can walk to, watch out everyone!
Cheers!

Ryan-
The brew is on Sunday this month. I think we're using Brett's system to make
the steam beer. I'm going to use mine to make a big batch of starter wort to
can for future use. Definitely bring your stuff. And get yourself a bigger
mashtun!
