[COHO] Avery Reverend recipe anyone?

Keep in mind that a lot of specialty beers are "lagered" with a different
yeast than it was fermented with. Partly for flavor, and partly to prevent
people from ripping off their specialty yeast. I think you'd be better off
with the 1762 so you don't waste a batch of *expensive* beer on the wrong
yeast. ;)
