Looks like another great club brew is upon us.  The directions have been sent out in a previous email, if you need any help finding Dylan's place please call him at 390-8408, or call me at 948-4504.  We are indeed brewing a spiced pumpkin ale which I have tentatively named "Mashing Pumpkins."  The recipe was donated to the club by my friend Dave Otto, brewmaster of Big Dogs Brewing Company in Las Vegas.  "Maui" Jim Spencer is graciously donating the mature Madras pumpkins, while Mike and I will round up the remainder of ingredients.  I think there will be plenty of beer on hand between Dylan's stash and the "Backdeck Brown Ale" from the previous club brew.  Personally, I've never brewed anything like this, but I think it will be great time for all!  For more info check out the new forum on the website.
