[COHO] Jerk chicken

heres the recipe,this is for about a dozen wings, I use a little less liquid 
than called for to make it stick better.
1 tbs. ground all spice
1 tbs. dried thyme
1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground sage
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbs. salt
2 tbs. garlic powder
1 tbs. brown sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup white vinegar ( I use a little less than 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup orange juice -a little less here also
juice of 1 med lime
1 pepper (jalapeno, serrano, or scotchbonnet)seeded and finely chopped
3/4 cup chopped white onion
3 green onions(scallions) finely chopped
chicken- 4 breast or 12 wings

in a large bowl combine allspice, thyme, cayenne pepper, black pepper, sage, 
nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, sugar, and garlic powder.  whisking, slowley add 
olive oil, soy sauce, vinager, OJ, and lime juice.  Add pepper, onion, and 
green onion.  Mix welll and coat chicken, marinate for 1 hour.
