[COHO] Jerk chicken

Michelle found the recipe on some website. I'm sure that she'll e-mail it to
you when she gets home. We are planning on going to Cash-n-Carry to buy the
spices in bulk. The little containers from the grocery store only last for a
few batches. It's very similar to what we had in Jamaica too, except that
they slow cook it on the cold side of the grill (away from the flame). I
found that you need the patience of a Jamaican to do that because it takes
at least an hour to cook. They also use whole chickens and chop them some
crazy way with a big cleaver or machete. Ryan-great idea on the jerk off!
Hey, maybe if the Geneva-III Fire is still going we wouldn't even need a
grill. :)
