Hi Mike,
 
Sounds like our Wednesday meeting will be a busy one!  No matter, I'm  sure 
that we can slip in a little brew tasting!!
 
I decided on a American Amber (more like an IPA) using one of the yeast  
packets you suggested.
 
I'm going to bite the bullet and find a smaller used refrigerator to use  for 
storage / fermenting.  Thanks for the offer of the chest though.
