[COHO] Suggestions for a summer (warm weather) fermenting brew?

Hello group,

I haven't got anything fermenting in my primary. I hate that. Any
suggestions for a beer to brew that will do OK with 75-85 temperatures? I don't have
room for another fridge and the coolest spot I can find is still pretty
warm. I doubt that it will get any cooler through August so I might as well brew
away. I'm looking at putting it under the house but access is a pain. I'm
thinking that whatever I start will be ready to sip while it is still warm so
something like an IPA or pale ale would be fine.

Suggestions? Recipes?

Thanks!
Bill
