[COHO] Deschutes Co. Fair

I spoke to Tyler R. at the Brew Shop, he said he will probably be a drop off 
for the competition, he didn't give me a definite answer.  Said he hasn't 
heard much about it.  Anyway, there are entry forms at the Deschutes county 
fairgounds, so if anyone is up that way please pick up a stack.  I believe 
they are also online from Sandy's post.

Evan Clark has been in touch with the promoters for the Bend Brewfest, 
working hard to try to get us in there one way or another, so thank you for 
that.
