You enter at the above location, then go to selection "L" (food  
preservation), then to "#22" (beer), then to your choice of brew to be  entered.  You'll 
have to go back and forth a few times for multiple entries  but it is pretty 
easy (even I could do it!). Don't forget to hit the  "Entry" button and the 
bottom when your done.
