[COHO] Deschutes Co. Fair

According to the Fair Premium Book, entry forms must be in by 5pm July 
14th.  Looks like you can enter online at www.entrycenter.com  Exhibits 
can be delivered after 1 pm and must be in place by 6pm Saturday July 29.
