Ya know that pork is the other white meat so I was thinkin' something  
lighter like an American Pale Ale....but in the old days they grabbed hunks  with 
their hands and chewed off big bites.  Maybe a dark porter would be  best.  Ya 
know I just might haveta try em' both!!
