We are not planning on having anything but electricity at the site. We will
haul our dirty gear out and clean it at someone's house. Any water that we
use, we will bring with us. Hopefully we can drive a pick-up truck to the
site before the event starts and after it's over. To chill the wort, we will
use a cooler full of ice water and a submersible pump to run through an
immersion chiller. That way we won't need a hose. We will be doing both
extract and all-grain.
After tomorrow's meeting we'll type up an agenda and e-mail it to the club.
