[COHO] emergency meeting

I know I should save this for the meeting, but my feeling is that we should (since we will be doing four seperate brews) do a "Can-o-soup" first, then an extract w/ seperate hops, then a partial-mash, then all-grain. That way people can see the progression of flavor and complexity of brewing...assuming they stay that long. ;)

The other benefit of that, is that if we stick to the same type of beer on all four, it will give the club a chance to see the flavor differences between all four ways of making the same beer. Hopefully it will be a positive progression. ;)

Out of curiosity, where will we get the water to clean the equipment with out there? I would imagine we can haul the brew water in from somewhere if needed.
