Bill, thnx for you concerns, wouldn't want to poison any brew mates. Guess 
I'll have to take it for the team.....................and ditto, if any one 
has any "bad" beer, just send this way, oh and I'll chill it down, easier to 
dispose of.  Anyone know the story on Silver Moon brewing best of show 
winner? they really dont want to keep the recipes do they??
