WOW, mine was also too hoppy, needed more malt to cut the hops or less hops 
to taste the malt. hmmmmmmm.....................guess mine was only slightly 
  "over hoppy".  He should have tatsed it 2 months ago when I racked from 
dry hopping. He also said my 2 1/2 year old belg was an extract flavor or 
something was added to give it a "sugar taste", and was high in 
alcohol.........oh gosh, a belgian with added sugar to bring up og/fg to 
fall within its class, who ever heard of that. but jsut my thoughts. Paul
