That was my intent.  Who better to know how things work in Bend than
us?

BTW, I know that Bendbroadband refuses to peer with Bendtel.  Nor
do I blame either one (short term) for a problem between their nets
that is not under their control.  The trace was just an FYI.

My complaint was that the RFC-2142 required mailbox (support at bendtel.net)
has been full, and unread, for quite some time.
