I've installed Radiant CMS (a Rails application) for bendug.org.

I'll get a basic framework in place, and then people who would like to be involved in building the site can get a login and go to town.  I'll be moderating changes, so Paul will be on a short leash ;)

I have to go through some docs at http://www.radiantcms.com/, but once there is some stuff in place it should be more obvious what to edit.
