[Bendug] New server

BendUG has a new server.  Deschutes Digital has upgraded their old dual 350 for a newer P4 driven system.  Like before, they have donated use of the server to BendUG.  Anyone who has stuff on the BendUG server should look at it to make sure it still works as it should.  There may be databases or something that didn't make it over.  Just let me know.

Everything is not quite back up where it was as far as a few normal BendUG services, but I will probably have everything there soon.
