	Ussually I say "Hey, let's meet at such and such place and time.".  Then two or three people show up; sometimes they have computers (none did last time).

	Lately interest seems pretty low.  We had a small meeting in December.  The website became annoying for various reasons I won't go into here.  My attempts to start conversation on this list have fissled.  I'm hoping we can reach some kind of critical mass of people who are actually clueful.

	Seeing as how there appears to someone on the list besides me who knows what GnuPG is, maybe we should have a key-signing party.

	What say you?
