[Bendug] Getting Started...

[I posted the following to www.bendug.org]

I think we should have a meeting that focuses on helping people to get started.
We seem to have a good number of beginners, and an install clinic or just a
question and answer/demo meeting might be helpful. What is it that people need a
little help with? Installing an OS? Setting up servers (www, SQL, ftp, etc...)?
General TCP/IP networking?

If we can work out an agenda and a good day to have it on, we can be prepared
with software, demo machines, and anything else we would need for some hands-on
learning. I can burn distros, have pre-configured machines at the ready, get
some documentation to hand out, have network equipment ready, whatever.

So, what is it people are interested in getting a kickstart on?
