[Bendug] Interface design nitpicking

This guy goes into a lot of interesting detail about what he found "wrong" with
the user interface in Ubuntu Linux, which is made up of Gnome and some other
programs we all know.  I agree with about 90% of what he has to say, but a few
things that he refers to as Expected Behavior I think would only be expected if
you normally use a Mac (which the author does).  In any event, stuff to think
about when writing or helping to test/review Open Source programs.  This guy is
an interface designer so he probably thinks about stuff like this a lot more
than most of us.  I know that 'menu item capitalization' doesn't get a lot of my
clock cycles...
