[Bendug] IRC

[Tim Howe]

I don't mind a channel at all.  My long term plans were to have a silcnet
channel instead of IRC.  I've run a silc server before and it's actually pretty
slick.  I also know that there used to be a single channel on freenode for all
north west groups, but I can't seem to remember the name or find it.  It may be
defunct.
