[Bendug] IRC

Hi Mark, as you already know, but for the benefit of
everyone else here, that was me that opened the
#bendug channel on freenode. 

I was checking to see if it exsisted, and when I
joined it, it started existing with me as the only
member, then I got busy and forgot to close it. I'll
leave it open to anyone here who wants to chat, but I
don't know squat about OPing a chat room. It Tim wants
me to close it I will.
