Well, it might be neither!  Here's another comment in the tooltip
jscript:

What a piece of crap... Maybe we should put a link to mozilla on page 1.

Man, what is a wiki?  The only wiki I ever knew was this kid named
Ricky, who grew up right next door to me, and his dad was German, and
always called him "Wiki"... It was funny, he'd get real hammered and
just stand at his front door screaming "WIKIIIIII".  Drunk Germans...
Always good for a laugh.

I also noticed some funny behavior with the forms.  I didn't look to see
if it was html or javascript.  I spent more time looking at the backend
template stuff.  You can pretty much make it look like anything.  When I
get back from vacation I'm going to start working on a custom look.  I'm
also going to install some kind of wiki.
